We are looking for a suitable candidate to fill the position of Head, Human Resources. The successful candidate will lead and develop the HR Team to ensure that this management function has a credible, proactive and constructive contribution to the growth of the company. The successful candidate will be involved in recommending and implementing strategies and policies to support the company growth ambitions.
Applicants for this role must possess a degree in relevant field, hold a relevant professional qualification; have at least 3 – 5 years’ experience of working at a similar level and a total of 10 – 15 years’ work experience.
This position is based in our Head Office in Port Harcourt, Nigeria and a salary range of N500,000 – N750,000 (monthly) based on experience plus benefits package commensurate with the level of responsibility the role demands is on offer for the right person.
